To place a booking at Vista Mare, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
The maximum number of occupants per accommodation is indicated directly on each accommodation’s information page.
If the person making the booking is not the person staying on-site, the booking holder remains fully responsible for any cancellation, non-arrival, outstanding payments, or damages.
Only the lead guest and the named members of the booking are permitted to use the accommodation and its facilities. External visitors are allowed inside the campsite but must respect the campsite rules and the peace of all guests.
Full payment of the stay is required to confirm any booking.
Payments can be made by credit card online, or by credit card or cash on-site.
All guests agree to respect the peace and privacy of other guests, the neighbourhood, and the owners. We reserve the right to cancel a stay with immediate effect if any guest causes a disturbance or nuisance.
Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;
Check-in: From 16:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: By 10:00 on the day of departure
Guests wishing to cancel must contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds apply under the following conditions:
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No refund
Non-arrival guests forfeit 100% of their payment.
We strongly recommend that guests take out personal travel or cancellation insurance.
Should we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to the refund of any payment already received.
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the campsite.
Guests agree to use this Internet access fairly and appropriately.
The service is intended for general browsing, email, messaging, and light streaming. Heavy streaming, online gaming, or large downloads may affect network quality and should be avoided.
Illegal online activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment, including stains, breakages, or misuse.
Lost property will be stored for 1 month. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost items and recommend checking carefully before departure. Return shipping can be arranged at the guest’s expense.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodations.
Barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the campsite due to fire risk.
Pets are allowed free of charge, and up to the limit permitted by each accommodation’s capacity.
Owners remain responsible for supervising their pets at all times and for respecting hygiene and safety rules.
A free parking area is available at the entrance of the campsite.
Guests park their vehicles there at their own risk.
